How to Send Messages in the chatbot

The chatbot platform allows you to create and manage chatbots for a variety of channels, including Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and Telegram. To send messages in the chatbot, you will need to create a flow and add a Send Message step.

To create a flow:

  1. Go to the Flows page and click the Create New Flow button.
  2. Enter a name for your flow and select the channel you want to use.
  3. Click the Create Flow button.

To add a Send Message step:

  1. Click the green start point in your flow.
  2. In the edit panel, click Select Next Step.
  3. Choose the Send Message step.
  4. Click the Send Message step.

To send a text message:

  1. Click the text type message button.
  2. Enter your message.
  3. Click Publish.

To send a media message:

  1. Click the media type message button.
  2. Select the type of media you want to send.
  3. Upload or select your media file.
  4. Click Publish.

To send a card message:

  1. Click the card message button.
  2. Enter a title, subtitle, and picture for your card.
  3. Click Publish.

To send a “For Each” message:

  1. Click the “For Each” message button.
  2. Select a JSON variable to iterate over.
  3. Click Publish.

To send a Dynamic Content message:

  1. Click the Dynamic Content message button.
  2. Enter the API request URL and response JSON.
  3. Click Publish.

To send a Location message:

  1. Click the Location message button.
  2. Search for the location you want to send.
  3. Click the location name to copy the latitude and longitude values.
  4. Enter the location name, latitude, and longitude values.
  5. Click Publish.

To send an e-commerce product message:

  1. Click the E-commerce Product message button.
  2. Select the product you want to send.
  3. Click Publish.

To send a Facebook-specific message:

  1. Click the Facebook message button.
  2. Select the type of message you want to send.
  3. Configure the message settings.
  4. Click Publish.

To send a Telegram-specific message:

  1. Click the Telegram message button.
  2. Select the type of message you want to send.
  3. Configure the message settings.
  4. Click Publish.

To send a WeChat-specific message:

  1. Click the WeChat message button.
  2. Select the type of message you want to send.
  3. Configure the message settings.
  4. Click Publish.

To send a WhatsApp-specific message:

  1. Click the WhatsApp message button.
  2. Select the type of message you want to send.
  3. Configure the message settings.
  4. Click Publish.

To send a Voice message:

  1. Click the Voice message button.
  2. Select the type of voice message you want to send.
  3. Configure the voice message settings.
  4. Click Publish.

To send a Google My Business message:

  1. Click the Google My Business message button.
  2. Select the type of message you want to send.
  3. Configure the message settings.
  4. Click Publish.

Once you have published your flow, you can test it by clicking the Preview button in the navigation bar and then clicking Open the Flow in Messenger.
